It was amazing to get to visit the Oak Ridge labs, so much history and some pretty incredible science. They had some really impressive additive printing technology including this ABS / carbon fiber Shelby Cobra which was printed on their enormous 3D printer.
In response to the growth of mobile and the reduction and cost and size of IOT elements I highlighted three key areas for innovation in packaging. 1) Digital Packaging, 2) Persistent Packaging and 3) Digitally extended products. It was great to work with HAVI and PTIS and the audience of leading companies in FMCG, Packaging, Pharma and more.
