The discussion was very well attended and was a great chance to show some of what Umajin can do. In this case there was a physical robot which was able to be interacted with using the Intel RealSense technology. In addition users could download a digital agent onto their own smartphone or tablet.
This use case works through a process of identifying the user using machine vision, performing some diagnostics by asking questions, informing customers with product benefits – and finally recommending and cross selling.
It’s very exciting to see how fast this area is moving and we are looking forward to announcing a number of use cases such as this which designers will be able to download and experiment with.
